Recurring tasks - additional configuration options

It would be good for the following features to be made available on Recurring tasks:

- Ability to set tasks to not generate on any days where the allocated assignee is absent (e.g. during holiday periods).  This would save them having to waste time closing many recurring tasks which may have generated during their absence.

- Ability to set the default effort.  As far as I can see you can only do this on the task itself, not the recurrence configuration screen.  It would be good to have a master control of this parameter on the recurrence screen, so you can edit after changing a task to a recurring one.
