Is the status updated in both places? What if the projects are using different workflows?

Hi Lauren,
If a single task is tagged into two different projects then the task will show the updated status in both projects. The projects folders will keep the assigned workflow that was last selected for the project, but the task will have the status from whatever work flow is assigned to that task.
