Can you create folders to keep files organized OR link to cloud folders instead of actual files?

Hi Rick,
The answer to your question is yes you can, as long as the files, or link to cloud folders are within a task in Wrike.
We have recently moved all files from cloud storage systems to Wrike. Each document gets a task that is named similar to the file and then shared to many different folders dependant on who should be viewing the file. Then there is a widget to see just documents within a certain folder so that it is easy to view and grab.
One other thing you may want to look into is using a third party document keeper that integrates with Wrike. You can view that at https://www.wrike.com/apps/file-storage/.
