I'm an administrator but I cannot edit/remove other peoples' comments?
I can edit another user's task description (in fact weirdly I don't even have to click edit or save, if I accidentally type changes they are saved which is bad).
But I cannot edit or remove comments. It seems I can edit my comments for some limited time and delete them later, but as admin user I surely must be able to delete or edit all comments? What if a developer posts something rude not realising customer can see it? What if they post a link but get it wrong and we want to fix the link?
I want to check this isn't already supported before I just ask for it to be a product request.
Users can edit their comments within 6 minutes of when they are posted.
At any time, users can delete their own comments or comments made by any user on tasks which they created.
Found the info here: https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/210322825-Comments#edit
but as an admin it seems I should be able to delete a user's comment. what if they put foul language or something? I should be able to delete that, right?
Hi @Steve, thank you for reaching out!
Admins can't change or delete users' comments. However, at any time, users can delete their own comments or comments made by any user on tasks which they created. It means that if you've created a task, you'll be able to delete comments there.
