[New To Wrike] Custom Field History in Labs
This has been a very popular feature request on the Community, so we are really excited to announce that Custom Field History is now available in Wrike Labs! 🎉
Use Custom Field History to see how Custom Field values changed over time. After enabling the feature in Labs (admins can do it), all Regular and External Users can see the history of a Custom Field's values from the Task View and Folder/Project info panels. The feature helps you track changes, see how things have progressed/changed over time, and find information to go back to if necessary.
Enable Custom Fields History from Labs
2. Scroll down to “Custom Fields History”.
3. Check “Enable”.
That's it 🙂
Now you can click the clock icon next to a Custom Field to check
- all past values entered in the field in chronological order (older values appear closer to the top).
- name of the user who entered a value.
- date the value was changed.
Please comment below to let us know what you think about the feature.

This isn't in Wrike Labs anymore. I think it became a full feature. Within detail view > fields you can see the clock icon and find this information. I do not see a way to see this information within table view. Either way, glad to have it!
Thank you for pointing this out, Andy Shannon! You are correct, custom field history is out of Labs now, and it's available from the Task View and Folder/Project info panels. Happy to hear you like this update! 🙂
