Not seeing proofing comments

I added comments when proofing a .pdf but my co-workers can't see the comments. How do they see them?

Hey Rachel, welcome to Wrike Community 🙂
When you commented on a file, the marker remains on the image/document. Your comment should appear in the pop-up window when someone clicks the marker. Your comment should also be visible in the right-hand comment panel, as well as in the Task’s Activity Stream.
From the Task View, Files View, and File Dashboard widget, a blue counter over the attachment image displays the number of unresolved comments associated with the attachment.
 
If your co-workers still don't see the comments, please let me know and I'll raise a Support ticket for you to troubleshoot this.
