I am not seeing the green plus sign - what am I missing or how do I make it show up?

Are you using the Phone App? Desktop App or the Online version?  Either way, try to Refresh the page. 

Have tried it on desktop and laptop...refreshing does not seem to work. Have asked our administrator if it is a level-of-access issue or such. Thanks.

Are you a User or a Collaborator?  Both have access to the Green Plus. Maybe put a ticket in with the support team. :D 

I'm having the same problem. I can't create any new projects because there is no plus sign.
