This can be done with your email provider. For example, with Google you can easily create contact groups and email these groups without typing every user's address. User info including email addresses can be found by admins in the User Management Chart.
You can also @mention My Team group (includes all Regular Users in your account) on a task/Project to communicate with all of them. I'd also recommend checking out how Andrea does it - an interesting example of how to use Groups and @mentions in Wrike.

@Mat - I use @allusers which is a group I assign all my users (including collaborators) when I want to send them a message. There's a couple different ways to do this. What type of communication are you wishing to send (e.g. general communication or project/task specific.)?
This is more of a general announcement regarding training and standards I want the community to follow. @mentioning them in a task would be very cumbersome and not appropriate.
@mat I have a task called "tip of the day" with instructions to keep it open. It stays in our folder "Wrike Knowledge Base" which is not included in any volume/resourcing reports. It works really well and my teams are engaged and use it to ask me questions.
@Mat. I'm not sure this is an option. You can Tag users in a task, use the @My Team tag. I hope this helps.
