Time tracker not showing
We are training our users on Wrike and the time tracker is not showing for some of our users. Does anyone know why this would be happening?

Is there any parameters about the users that aren't seeing it? I am not sure why they wouldn't, but it may help in the investigation. Are they of a certain license type or anything like that?
I noticed this morning (Using Chrome on Windows 10) that the time tracker does not stay engaged. I click it to start the time and when I close the task, the tracker disappears and no time has been logged. Help?
