How to publish a request form
I have made a request form but do not have a Publish button (just Save and Discard). Is there a setting to activate the push button for a Wrike user ?

My guess would be that you have already published the form. If you look at the top right corner and see "Published" then it is already live. The only thing left to do is save the changes you make.
