Submit a request form to Project via email
I'm wondering how can we submit a Request (using the request form) via email and assign it to a project.
For example, we have a user that has been ousted. We delete the user in CRM and the system sends a request to Project email in Wrike. Wrike creates a task based on a request.
The request form may contain next info:
name
phone #
Dan, I'm not 100 % sure what you are asking. If i'm reading right, you want to be able to send an email and have a request form automatically triggered, which will create a project. I'm pretty sure that is not an option at this time.
However, Request forms are very easy to activate with that awesome Green Plus button at the top of Wrike, and if all you need is name, email and phone number, won't take much time to fill out, and it will then create the project.
