hi is there a way to do an audit on timelogs?
I would like to be able to track the times that have been entered and then deleted. is that possible? or do I need to actually export reports to be able to compare them afterwards?

I do not think this an available feature. There are audit reports for enterprise admins, but even those don't seem to fit your use case.
