Hi, I createda project request form and would like the name of each submission to be customized. Is that possible?
See screen shot for how each form is displaying. Couldn't the project title submitted in the form become the name of the request? The current format is too confusing to look at.
So instead of '284175764: Project Request Form 2018' it should say 'Harnessing Plants in Developing Media'

Yes, this is possible! Add a question in the form such as "What is the name of this project?" Then have the answer to this question written to the Title field. Let me know if this answers your question.
