Request Forms
I want a request form to be included into place from where it was created, as a task/subtask automatically.
It looks like you're trying to figure something out.

I don't believe this is possible currently. Forms are agnostic from location, they live at the account level. There are several ways around this that we currently use. They include a triage model where users place incoming requests into the appropriate place as well as directed placement based on choices within the form itself. I.E. if a user chooses this, go here, if they choose that, go there ect.
Thanks Michael,
But this is not solving the issue.
Hi Syed! Do you want submitted Request Forms to automatically land in a specific Folder/Project?
Hello Stephanie,
No, I want submitted form to land from the location these are formed, for instance, if I am planning a Subtask named "Subtask1" of Main Task named "Task1" Project "Test Project", then from this location if I initiate a request, it should appear in the same folder of "Test Project\Task1\Subtask1", immediately after submitting,
and shared to specific location e.g. "Request Forms" that can be done through assigning specific folder.
So, the request can be followed in the same location "Test Project\Task1\Subtask1" and "Request forms".
This should be done automatically to reduce the chances of error and dependability.
I'm sorry Syed, I'm not sure I'm following you.
Do you want the task from a Request form to land in the Task or Subtask you're currently viewing at the time? And for it to also land in a generic Folder "Request Forms"?
Thanks
