Can't create Folders or Projects in menu
I'm using the desktop app and recently upgraded to the latest version. When I try to add a new folder or project on the left side menu it doesn't seem to respond. I right click and nothing pops up for me to add, rename etc. No issues yesterday... update and now nothing.
Try reloading the software. That usually resolves most stuff for me on any program i use. 😂
I'm starting to think this is permission issue. The web version is giving me the same issues.
What type of User are you? Collaborators can't create Folders/Tasks.
Yep, that appears to be the issue. We must have been editors before and now someone moved the Marketing team to Collaborators.
