How to hide completed tasks in List view?
Hello,
I would like to be able to see only the active tasks in list view. How can I do that?

Hi Alina, you'll see a little filter icon above the list view you can see the Status above the tasks. Click here and it will show you Workflows and Status. You can then define what Status tasks you see 👍
Hello Stephen,
Is there a way to hide the completed tasks to not see them anymore. I do not want to delete them though.
When I go to a folder and use the filter to just see the active tasks and then move to another folder/proyect the filter doesn't stay in place if I go back to the first folder I applied the filter to.
Please let me know if this is possible.

You could create an Archive folder; in this folder, you could re-create your folder structure and move certain tasks to the archive. Can this help?

Hello, is there a way to simply set a task to "hide" after being changed to Completed in the workflow?
