Using data from Wrike Request form to auto populate fields in a Wrike project
Can contact information collected in a Wrike Request form be used to auto populate contact fields in a Wrike project?

If you use custom user fields, then yes, you can ask the questions and map the answers to your custom user fields. You need to make sure that the custom user fields and the answers are setup in the same way. For example you cannot have a drop down answer from your request form linked to a short answer custom user field.
