I cannot add a new user although I bought 5 new licenses. Please help urgently

Your best bet for immediate help would be using the help desk. What message are you getting when trying to add the new user? How many active users do you currently have?

Thank you Ryan. I have bought 5 new licenses and I want to add the new users.

When I try to add the mail it makes an error!
