How to import data that will update the time for existing tasks.
There are a number of tasks setup in Wrike. There is an external system that gathers time data by ticket. We need to be able to update the daily time data from this external data store.
Hi Warren, you may be able to leverage our API for this. What external system are you using to track time?
We are in a similar situation and we use Manage Engine Service Desk
