New users need the old password to create a new password. Where/what is the old password?

Hi Brandi, I can see that our Support Team have got back to you as this shouldn't be happening for new users. They've requested a screenshot so please feel free to get back to them there so they can investigate 👍
For anyone else seeing a similar message when inviting new users; firstly, this shouldn't be happening so post below and we can investigate. When you invite a new user they are brought to a page where you set up these credentials. If you've forgotten your password, you can use this link to remind you of it: https://www.wrike.com/remind.htm
