Two-way calendar synchronization

Hi there, I've been pleased to see Wrike developers are working on calendar functionality. However, for my organization, the most useful feature would be two-way synchronization. In other words, we have folks using a variety of calendar applications, and they are not going to move to Wrike for their primary calendar activities, such as creating new appointments. It seems Wrike features are developed with the assumption that users create new tasks, events, etc., in Wrike. In practice, however, most users create items in other applications, and either have to duplicate the task within the Wrike app or find a way to automate the simultaneous creation of the item using third-party code applets. It would behoove developers to approach new feature design from this real-world perspective: Users create information items in other applications, and migrating these items to Wrike automatically would motivate more users to avail themselves of the features Wrike provides. Furthermore, project managers who use Wrike as a centralized repository for activity would be much more efficient and able to substantiate the considerable investment of Wrike's annual license. Why is it so much more challenging to develop monitoring capabilities that detect changes in calendar data in applications like Google Calendar, iOS Calendar, and Outlook? My coworkers do not want to add a Wrike feed to their calendars, because it is so messy. If, however, Wrike could import and update calendar changes from other applications, it would be much easier to convince them of Wrike's utility and versatility. Why can't Wrike pull in feeds from Google Calendar or iOS Calendar? Combining this capability with the beautiful new project Gantt chart features would make Wrike a no-brainer for many companies.It is surprising to me that Wrike developers don't see the value in making it possible to centralize multiple data sources within Wrike. There is very little utility in having the ability to export Wrike data to other applications, at least for us.
Our annual contract will come up for renewal soon, and I will have a hard time substantiating the expense with the current limitations.

I find it to be a weird omission from their feature set. If you're trying to provide a calendar function, then allowing at least a one-way read only sync to external calendar apps should be an essential component of it. This is making me seriously reconsider whether Wrike is the best choice for my organisation.
Are there any plans for a two-way sync with Google Calendar soon? I use Google for both personal and work.
