Comments not working properly
My team is reporting the comment feature is acting a bit wonky. Comments are getting repeated as soon as they're entered. Also sometimes when they're trying to enter a comment, when they hit enter, the comment just goes back into the comment text box and doesn't get posted.
Is this related to the server issues Wrike seems to be having today? Are comments getting lost?
Hi Travis, a bit wonky is never good! There are no reports of this happening so I've raised a ticket with our Support Team to help with this. They'll be in touch soon by email to help 👍
