Title mismatch in email
Hi Team,
When a team member comments on a project and shares with other team members, we receive an email.
But as you notice in the screen shot, the subject line is different project name and the actual content on which the member comments is a different project.
What we expect:
We should have the same name in the subject line and the body for which comment was made....
How do we accomplish this?
Example:
Subject: RAJAPUSHPA ATRIA_FLAT TERRA J508_BHASKAR MADAS
Comment made by a team member for this project to appear in the body of an email...
Hi Aparna, I can see the Support Team are helping you with this.
For anyone having a similar issue please check your email setting: For example having conversation view set up for incoming emails with Gmail can cause emails to be grouped together affecting the subject and content of the notification.
