Hi Jim, my team found it helpful to add a "Project Owner" custom field that we made into a dropdown so that we could easily report on each person's projects. We then linked this custom field to our request form so that you can see who owns the project without having to add an assignee. This might work for you and your team if in the request form you add a question around "Project Creator". If you are building each project outside of the request form, it might still be useful to have a custom field for "Project Creator" and just ask each user to choose their name in the main project view when they create the project. I have attached three images to show you what I mean. I hope it helps as a workaround solution at the very least!

Hi Sage, love this idea! I'm wondering though, how you get your custom fields to display when building forms? The only two I see are Title and Description.
@Yasmeen Here's the description on how to map to Custom Fields. In short:
In order to map to a Custom Field, the following must be true: 1) A Folder/Project for items to be created in must be specified in the right-hand panel in the "Place task/Project into" field 2) the Custom Field you want to map to exists on that Folder/Project.
If you need help with this, please let me know, I'll be happy to discuss 🙂
