Allow input in Estimated Fee and Cost fields

I started creating my estimates in Wrike a few months ago and though the system woks ok with Job Roles and entered Effort creating the Estimated Fees and Costs, more and more I find myself wanting to beable to enter a Fee or Cost and have it figure out the effort hours.  We work with a lot of contractors, and they will give me their total cost, and not a breakdown by hours, so I need to estimate what their hourly rate is and fudge around with the Effort hours until the Estimated Fee is close to the number they gave me.  If I could just enter their number as a Fee, that would save me some time and frustration.  Even if it didn't figure out the effort hours that would be fine, just allow the Estimated Fee and Cost fields to be editable and not locked.
