Share everything except private with whole team

We have been using Wrike for many years and our sharing has become a bit of a mess. I'd like to be able to share everyone on the team on all spaces so that they can see all projects. We have a master project dashboard which is supposed to show everything in the account on a project level but I realized that not all of our users can see everything. Is there a quick way to do this or do I need to manually go through and add My Team to every individual space?
