Time Tracking by Activity Type with Client Specific Rates

Hello Wrikings/Wrikians,

We are a consultancy firm for specialized insurance services. We often conduct similar engagements with different clients and so the Wrike blueprints are quite helpful to us as we often do (slightly oxymoronic) repeatable projects.

Where Wrike seems to be falling down though is when it comes to time tracking. We have engaged with a Wrike consultant and Wrike themselves to deal with our issue and so far there is no solution. We are aware of the ability to set up billing rates on roles and users as well as the ability to link to database structures to utlize a rate card. The problem is that none of these solutions are scalable when considering a couple of thousand projects a year.

What we are really looking for is the ability to bill by client and by activity type, not by user or role. This need is driven from current contract requirements. 

If there are any plans to improve the capabilities in Wrike to track time in this way, I'd love to hear it. Alternately, not sure if anyone knows of any third party solutions that work with wrike.
