Cant sign up, the system wont tell me why

I am getting this message when I am trying to create a free account.
I contacted the AI support and asked if Germany is an embargoed country, but the AI was unable to give me a decent response.
instead, it suggested me to find other project management tools. Is this the approach from wrike to new potential customers?
I would like to find a way to contact a human and see if we can solve this issue. Thanks.
