tickets

When I click on the white/green + box to create a ticket, my dropdown choice is usually "Request".  Can the word "Request" be changed to "Ticket" instead? and Moved to the top of the dropdown list, since this is what most of our team chooses?

Hi Garland Draper,

there are many other possibilities for the use of request forms, not only tickets. Tha's why the name "Request" is mor accurate. But if you're only using a special Ticket request form (as we also do), you / a wrike admin could create a link to this request form an add it as a space bookmark, for example.
