Send outlookemail as comment no assignees possible?
When using the Wrike for Outlook add-in you can send an e-mail as a comment to a task or project. However it is not possible to include an "@". So others do not get a notification of the updated task/project. Is this in anyway possible?
Good point! If you use the specific email address of a task to forward your email, you could add others in cc to @mention them. If you use the outlook plugin, this is not possible. I just tried commenting @followers directly in the outlook plugin after adding an email as comment, but the @mention feature is not working there. No suggestions, no notification:
I guess you'll have to switch to wrike and add your @mention there to notify others!
