User Attribute Widget For Task Assignment Review
My company just started using user profile attributes and the skills field type to help PMs assign knowledge-specific tasks to the appropriate person. In doing so, we found that 1) Skill field type isn't supported by dashboards and therefore can't display information and 2) the assignee recommendation that appears doesn't show you HOW someone is qualified for the task, just that they ARE qualified.
It would be great to have dashboard widgets be able to display a user's custom profile attributes so task delegators can review how someone is qualified for a task and also report on the skills so we can see gaps in knowledge from a company, team, or individual perspective.
