How to add multiple widgets on dashboard that is viewable by scrolling down on the page.
Hello, I used to be able to scroll down on my dashboard to view multiple widgets. I don't know if I changed a setting accidentally or if Wrike changed something but I can no longer scroll down which makes my widget not viewable by employees except for a tiny part on the viewable page. Has anyone run into this problem and know how to fix it?
I used the chat to access customer service help, but it no longer allows me to access a live agent when there is a problem that the AI assistant can't handle and instead wants to initiate a ticket and email conversation which won't work easily for conversations which may take a while just to convey the problem. Have other people run into this and is this also a process that Wrike is going to where you can't have a real-time conversation with someone? I'm hoping that isn't the case as it would make Wrike a lot less user friendly.

If nothing changed since I last used the chat, you can specifically ask to speak to someone. Sometimes, you'll need to mention it twice!
For your widgets, are you blocked from scrolling within the overall page or within a widget itself? If you have a screenshot or screen recording, that would be super helpful!
Hi Kristy Schaan. You may have accidentally hit the "change layout" button at the top of your dash. Try clicking it again and see if that helps.
