Users can demote themselves in Personal Workspace

We recently had a user who managed to change their own access in their Personal Workspace so they were no longer able to share projects with other users.  The only fix for this problem was to find someone else in the workspace who had FULL access and get them to change the Personal Workspace owner back to FULL access.  

A Product Enhancement would be to prevent editing the access level of the Personal Workspace owner. I should always have the highest privileges to my Personal Workspace.
