View who has entered timelog data and when

I had an issue recently where an admin accidentally overwrote someone else's timelog data, thinking that it was their own timesheet.  It was surprisingly difficult to track down.  Is there a way to see who has entered timelog data and when?  So far the only data I'm finding is the user and date for the timelog itself (for example User A worked 4 hours on 11 Nov), not the relevant entry data (User B changed this on 12 Nov).
