Move task on due date

hi 

I'm trying to automate this process:

I have tasks on "added" list  with a due date. When the due date comes I need the tasks to move to a different list.

for example here in the picture I need the task on "added" to automatically move to "expired" on 18 Sep. 

Is it possible to achieve this ?

Yes, you should be able to accomplish this via an automation … See the screenshots below showing an example automation that will accomplish what you're after:
