Transfer approvals for a deleted user

When I delete a user and transfer their assets to another user, I believe that tasks are not reassigned from the deleted user to the other user, but what happens to approvals that had been assigned to the deleted user? Is there a way to transfer approval assignments to the other user?

Hi Elizabeth,

I had the same thing happen to me. You can transfer the other users' assets over. I don't know if there is an easy was to see all their approvals from an external user.

I used the Wrike Analytics report, filtering for that person to see what the outstanding task were assigned to the person and transferred them over.

Currently, when you delete a user, you can transfer their assets to another user. However, as you pointed out, tasks aren't automatically reassigned to the new user, the same logic works for the approvals as well. This design helps prevent one user from being overwhelmed and allows for the careful reassignment of only the necessary tasks.

The assets shared with the new user are placed in a special folder titled "Name of the user – deleted user resources" in the new user's workspace under the "Shared with me" section. The new users can access this folder to reassign approvals to themselves.
