Ability to have webhook with filtering feature on Custom Field Id and Value

I've a scenario where we are monitoring the value of a particular Custom Field for project in Wrike.

We would want to receive a trigger whenever the value of the particular Custom Field is changed to a certain value.

While we can do this by creating a webhook on the folder with event "FolderCustomFieldChanged", there's no way to filter the event, and as a result, our callback URL is receiving calls whenever user changes ANY of the Custom Field, this creates a lot of unintended traffic both from Wrike and to our receiving ends.

It would be great if we have this ability to:

1. Filter the webhook event "FolderCustomFieldChanged" and "TaskCustomFieldChanged" by a particular custom field id.

2. Filter further by the target value changed.
