Request form inputs applying to task/project names

The feature for request form inputs being able to go into the task/project title is great. Right now, it goes into the title in the order the question is in in the form. It would be great if we could select the order the inputs apply in the title. I have some questions that I can't change the order of or have to keep on later pages but my naming convention would require those inputs to be earlier in the name.
