Redirect URI is invalid

My redirect_url is:
http://localhost:8910/auth/callback/1b08d3c0-f4e7-49d3-8245-219da1d96815
It's listed exactly on my app.
Not sure what's going on here... any help?
I am using this auth url:

I checked the settings many times.
The URI is correct, and the port number is correct.
