Aggregating Time Tracking from Personal Spaces
I manage a team that handles all billable work in a single space and have a report set up for weekly timelog review.
The team members also have business goals assigned during their review period that the track time on. We currently have tasks set up in their Personal spaces so that the development is between them and their direct manager. This is to keep other eyes from roaming into their tasks.
I'm looking for a way to be able to get an accurate weekly report that includes this time from Personal spaces. Alternatively, if there is a way to lock a project down so that it's airtight from anyone not that person's manager (or me), that would work too. TIA
Hi Steve Mruskovic, it's possible to use selective sharing to edit who can access that folder or project, regardless of who has access to the parent folder or project. Can this be helpful?

Hi Lisa, thanks for the suggestion. Testing it out now, but I'm thinking it might work out. Thanks!
Hi Steve Mruskovic, glad to hear Lisa's suggestion was useful! 😁 Please, let us know if you have any additional questions 👍
@... actually I do have a quick question! Would I need to have a selectively shared project shared with me to see only the time spent on a report? I haven't had a chance to test that.
Hi Steve Mruskovic, thank you for sharing your question with us. You need access to the data you wish to report on - the project or data sources should be shared with you in the first place. I'm not sure this is exactly what you were asking, plesae feel free to share additional details about your case so we can provide you with an accurate reply 🙂 Thank you!
