Is there a way to apply an automation rule to all tasks?

I would like to be able to create an automation that applies to all tasks from all projects but can't seem to find a way to do that as it requires specifying a location. Is there a way to do this?

Automations are space bound, but you can have them apply to an item type across your entire space.

When creating the automation rule, select location to be "Entire Space".

If you want the automation to apply to all tasks that are item type "task" then select "Task" as your item type. Then it will apply to all task in that space

Tania Fraenkel Hi! I'd also like to mention that you can apply your rules to all tasks in all Spaces by accessing your account settings (by clicking on your profile picture) and navigating to the "Automation" tab. This tab contains your account rules. From there, you can create rules that apply to all your spaces - you'd only need to select every Space in your account as source:

I hope this information helps!
