How do I stop Wrike sending me all emails except those that are in direct response to something I initiated. When they started there was an unsubscribe option that I selected but now they are arriving without one.

Hello, Ms. Lisa!
I now have the same problem as Mr. Wilcock had in the 2024 post above and my service request is urgent...because the project Owner is being inundated with e-Mails each time I make a change to the spreadsheet and tables in Wrike.com,
I no longer have access to the Administrative Settings to stop Users and Owners from receiving e-Mails.
Could you please have the Help Desk turn-off all e-Mails sent to the Owner mneal@herzog.com (until further notice) for all the projects listed in the link below?
