Timesheet needs an filter option for 'All Tasks'
Currently Timesheets have only an option for 'Active Tasks'. An option for 'All Tasks' needs adding as otherwise if a user closes a task with zero time booked against it, it is not visible to them or line managers in their timesheet list for a given week.
