Wrike Discover Team Enrolment - Please make it easier for Managers to enrol new users!
Hi there Team Wrike,
Feedback/request from a Wrike Discover Team Training Manager! 👩🎓
Please can you make it easier for Training Managers to enroll users in Wrike Discover - the current setup where the system tells me a user doesn't exist if they have never logged in specifically to Discover at least once before is so cumbersome!
I have to ask users to log in once, only then I can "see" them to add them to the Team. Then I have to ask them to log out and back in again and accept that Training Manager prompt before I can assign any courses or learning plans to them. This is a small but quite annoying roadblock to a smooth onboarding experience - it would be great if they just had a nice email waiting in their new inbox saying Welcome to Wrike Discover, come check out what courses your Training Manager has planned as part of your onboarding learning!
Also, system definitely needs more videos updated for Lightspeed related look and features, it confuses people as they barely know what Wrike is at first, let alone if they "already have Lightspeed" or not!
