Option to copy the email address in Lightspeed

Do I understand correctly that you mean email updates for items in Wrike? In that case, you can click on the three-dot menu and choose the option to 'Update by email...':

I had reported this same ask when Lightspeed first rolled out -- why does it require two clicks to navigate to the unique email when it used to be one click with it housed on the LINK icon with the URL/permalink for the task.
