Feature request: Conditional addition of checkmark item to task description

Would be great if you could set a condition for a dropdown "If this option is selected, add the following line of text into the task description as a checkmark item" (and you can set the text)

This way I can ask questions and if they say yes, it adds a step the design team needs to take in our workflow based on certain situations.
