Filter: Completed Predecessors Only

Our old PM software was very outdated, but the one feature it had that my team is sorely missing now that we are in Wrike, is a view for completed predecessor tasks only.

Right now, our team is using some automations with a deferred status to hide tasks that are not ready for them.

However, crucial features become locked when a task is deferred. We can't attach dependencies easily in gantt chart view (other than typing them in) and tasks don't move on the chart with their dependencies (if they are deferred).

Having even just a filter in My To Do, and in dashboard widgets would be EXTREMELY helpful!

Hello Kelsey Smith, thank you for sharing your use case with us! One way to achieve this would be to create a custom workflow with a status named "Completed predecessor" or similar and set this status to your relevant tasks.
  
 
The next step would be to filter by status in the Gantt Chart View or in any other view of your preference.
  
 
Also, you can create a Dashboard widget to display tasks that only have this specific status.
