Task and Project Names in Automation

When creating an Automation rule, I can have a subtask created when a task's status has changed, awesome.

What is needed now is the ability to name the subtask that was created by automation with a [PREFIX] | [NAME OF TRIGGERING TASK] type of format. This would also be useful in projects as well.

I feel like Wrike having the knowledge of a task or project name is severely underutilized.

Hi Colin Toney, welcome to the Community! Thank you for sharing this suggestion with us. Would you please confirm if naming accordingly the blueprint you use to create the subitem would help in this case?

Also, users have now the possibility to automatically rename tasks and projects (including adding prefixes) with the "Change name" action. Could this be helpful in your case?

If not, please feel free to elaborate on your use case so we can think of a possible workaround.

Lastly, I'd like to mention that you can visit our New to Community forum to get the most out of your experience with our Community 🙂

Thank you!
