Is there a way to exclude tasks from showing in widget if they are contained within a project in DEFERRED status?
We are a real estate company and use Request Forms+Blueprints to track new clients we are attempting to onboard…sometimes a prospect will decide to hold off for a bit which can turn into months...
We have the main project folder that we put into an ON-HOLD (deferred) status but each project has several tasks within it that are still sitting in their various active statuses – and those statuses clog up the staff dashboards with things that really are deferred. We could do a mass edit on all of the tasks to place them on hold but then once the project goes to an active status, we'd have to individually reset all of those tasks again.
It seems like there should be a way to get around this but I've yet to realize it.
One possible solution is to have a setting for the space, folder or project that we could tell Wrike to exclude any tasks within projects if the project is placed in deferred status. (exclude in widgets or user to-do lists). Another is to make it so a widget can be set up to exclude the display of tasks contained in a Deferred status project...OR that you have to both select the Active project and the applicable status in order for those tasks to show in the widget results.
Please let me know if I'm missing something here...I've tried to research a solution but have not found one as of yet.
