Request forms no longer notify the assignees

It seems that request forms no longer trigger notifications in assignees' inboxes after a task is assigned to them. Is this behaviour intended?

We noticed that as well. Can that be added back in?

I believe it also removed the assigned person as a follower to the folder or project it was created to.

We also had several users report this issue last week but it seems to have been resolved this week.

We are also experiencing this issue when using a form to assign projects from a blueprint. Has this also been addressed?
